we gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

to be eligible:
• items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• all tags and hygiene liners must be attached
• items must be returned in original packaging
• swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons

store credit:
• is issued via email once your return is received and approved
• never expires
• can be used on any future ayola purchase

we encourage store credit as our primary return option to reduce waste and support our small-batch production model.
